For Dehydrated, Dry and Aging Skin:
Skin that is aging prematurely, producing too much oil and/or is flakey requires hydrating food oils to support the tissue.
Skin that is easily irritated with redness and/or small break outs. Use anti-inflammatory food oils to support tissue.
Intense break outs due to irritation or food sensitivity (i.e. dairy.) Tissue needs support to prevent scarring. Use nurturing food oils.
